Whether it's short and simple or long and complex; every animation project
is different and has its unique challenges. During my career I've created
hundreds of schedules. I mostly specialize in 2D animation for television series,
but I've made budgets and schedules for animated commercials, 3D/CG series,
feature films and specials.

Depending on the timeline and financial constraints, I breakdown all
the crews, departments, episodes, and deliverables.
According to any specifications given, I create a plan
of attack for the entire production; from script to screen.
